3. AI & Audio Processing

Practice session audio and video are processed by our AI pipeline to generate transcripts and feedback. We use third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) under data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data to train their models. Recordings are stored encrypted and are automatically deleted after 90 days unless you download or delete them earlier.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers — hosting (cloud infrastructure), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and AI APIs — under data processing agreements.
• Your organisation — if you use the Service under an enterprise account, your organisation admin may have access to your session results.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of InterviewAI and its users.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred to the successor entity subject to equivalent privacy protections.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings, which will permanently erase your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
